A cold coleslaw type salad with Ramen noodles

Ingredients
- 12 oz bag coleslaw mix
- 1 pkg Oriental flavored ramen noodles (raw & crushed)
- 3/4 cup unsalted roasted sunflower seeds (or more to your taste)
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (or more to your taste)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the coleslaw, crushed noodles, sunflower seeds and cranberries.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Ramen noodle seasoning packet, oil, vinegar and sugar.
- Stir everything together, cover and refrigerate over night.
Notes
- You can add many different items to your salad according to your taste, like almond slices or other nuts and berries.
